Novara Construction & Development LLC is a New Jersey general contractor headquartered in Fairfield. We remodel homes, build new ones and deliver commercial spaces — on schedule, on budget and in writing.

Too many projects run late, run over and run on excuses. We built Novara to be the opposite.

Novara Construction & Development was founded on a simple frustration: too many projects in New Jersey start with a handshake and end in an argument. We set out to build a general contracting company that treats a schedule as a promise and a price as a contract.

We take on residential and commercial work across the state — kitchens, bathrooms and basements, whole-home renovations, new homes, commercial build-outs and interior finishing. Whatever the size of the job, it runs the same way: a written scope before work starts, one person you can always reach, and a site we’re proud to leave at the end of every day.

We’re licensed as a New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor, insured, and happy to put all of it in writing before you sign anything.
