New Home Construction
Hundreds of decisions, dozens of trades, one schedule — from groundbreaking to certificate of occupancy.
Overview
Custom homes from the ground up — site work, foundation, framing, systems and finishes under one team.
Building a home involves hundreds of decisions and dozens of trades. We coordinate all of it — site work, foundation, framing, roofing, mechanicals and finishes — on one schedule, with permits and inspections handled along the way.
Bring your architect’s plans, or start with a lot and an idea. Either way, you will know the scope, the schedule and the cost in writing before construction begins.

Questions
Questions, answered.
Have a question that isn’t here? Call us — we’re glad to talk it through.
Can you build from my architect’s plans?
Yes. We price and build from completed construction drawings and stay in contact with your architect throughout the build.
I only have a lot. Can you help?
Yes. We will walk the site with you and talk through what it takes to get from an empty lot to a permit-ready plan — survey, design, engineering and approvals — before construction starts.
How long does it take to build a custom home?
Much of the timeline is driven by design, permitting and the size of the home. Once drawings and permits are in place, you receive a dated construction schedule with your contract.
