Whole-Home Renovation

More than one room means more than one trade. It should still mean one schedule.

Overview

Reworked floor plans, structural changes and complete interior overhauls — managed as one coordinated project.

When you are renovating more than one room, coordination is everything. We manage the whole project — structure, mechanicals, insulation and finishes — on a single schedule, so trades are not tripping over each other and decisions get made in the right order.

Opening walls, reworking layouts, updating systems or preparing an older home for the next few decades: you get one written scope, a dated schedule and one point of contact from start to finish.

Questions

Questions, answered.

Have a question that isn’t here? Call us — we’re glad to talk it through.

Can we live in the home during a whole-home renovation?

Sometimes. It depends on which systems are offline and for how long. We map out the phases during planning so you can decide whether to stay, phase the work, or move out for part of it.

Do you work with architects and engineers?

Yes. We can build from your architect’s drawings, and we coordinate with structural engineers whenever a change calls for it.

How do you price a large renovation?

With a written, itemized estimate after a walkthrough. Allowances for finish selections are listed clearly, and any change is priced in writing before the work proceeds.
