Kitchen Remodeling
The hardest-working room in the house deserves a plan before the first cabinet comes off the wall.
Overview
Layouts that work and finishes that last — cabinets, counters and tile, plus the plumbing, electrical and ventilation behind them.
A kitchen packs more trades into less space than any other room. We plan the sequence before demolition starts, so plumbers, electricians, cabinet installers and tile setters arrive in the right order — and your kitchen is out of commission for as short a time as possible.
Whether you are replacing finishes or moving walls to open up the floor plan, you get a written, itemized scope up front and one person to call with questions.

Questions
Questions, answered.
Have a question that isn’t here? Call us — we’re glad to talk it through.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
It depends on scope — a finish-level refresh moves much faster than a layout change with new plumbing and electrical. Your estimate includes a dated schedule, and we order long-lead items like cabinets before demolition so your kitchen is never torn out while we wait.
Can we stay in the house during the remodel?
Usually, yes. We set up dust protection, keep a clean path through the house and clean up every day. We will talk through a temporary kitchen setup during the walkthrough.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. When a kitchen remodel needs permits — typically for plumbing, electrical or structural changes — we file them and schedule the inspections.
