Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Novara Construction & Development LLC holds NJ HIC License #13VH14309000 (Home Improvement Contractor, status: Active) and is insured. Certificates of insurance are available on request, and you can verify our license with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The on-site walkthrough and the written, itemized estimate are free, with no obligation — and the estimate is yours to keep either way.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Fairfield, NJ (Essex County) and take on residential and commercial projects throughout New Jersey.
Who handles permits and inspections?
We do. Filing permits, coordinating drawings where required and scheduling inspections are part of the job — you sign, we run the paperwork.
What happens if something changes mid-project?
Every change is written up and priced before the work happens. You approve it in writing, or it does not happen — so there are no surprise line items at the end.
How soon can you start?
It depends on the project and our current schedule. You will get a realistic start date with your estimate — and then we keep to it.
