Our process
A clear process. No surprises.
Construction goes wrong in the gaps — between the estimate and the contract, between trades, between what was said and what was written down. Our process is built to close those gaps.

Questions
About the process.
Straight answers to what clients ask before they sign.
How long does it take to get an estimate?
We respond to every request within one business day to schedule the walkthrough. Simple projects can often be priced right after the visit; larger projects take a little longer so the estimate is genuinely itemized.
How will I know what is happening during the build?
You will have one point of contact and a weekly progress update covering what was done, what is next and any decisions we need from you.
How are payments handled?
Payment terms are agreed in writing in your contract before work begins, so you know exactly what is due and when.
What if you find something unexpected behind a wall?
We stop, show you, and explain the options. Any extra work is priced and approved in writing before we proceed.
